What is the progress of the Taipei Port No.2 General cargo & Bulk terminal BOT project? And when will it start to run?
The BOT project conducts according to Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects. The contract is signed on Oct. 22, 2009. Now it is under construction. It is expected to be completed and start to run by 2015.
