What is the concrete plan of the Taipei Port Container BOT project? And when will it start to run?

The first BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) project applied among Taiwan ports, 7 berths with 2,366 meters in length and 110 hectares in area,  will be constructed and operated by Taipei Port Container Terminal Corp. (TPCTC), which is formed by Evergreen, Wanhai and Yangming, 3 major  shipping lines in Taiwan. Total investment is USD$ 600 million and the throughput is estimated to be 4 million TEU per year after 7 berths is  completed in 2014. The concession period of the BOT case is 50 years. The first 2 berths started operations on February 18,  2009, and 2 more berths will join operations by the end of 2009.
