- 我國商港針對國際船舶防止污染公約(MARPOL73/78)附錄 I、II、IV、V等4類船舶廢棄物提供收受設施。有關環境部列管收受廢棄物業者之詳細資訊，船方(船務代理)可於船舶到港前，逕依船舶廢棄物收受需求，事先即時透過環境部資源循環署網站查詢管道「清除處理機構服務管理資訊系統」(https://waste1.moenv.gov.tw/Grant/GS-UC60/QryGrantData.aspx)完整閱覽，並預先接洽符合該船舶廢棄物收受需求之清除業者，如此該清除業者有合理時間依規定申辦港區通行證，進入港區收受船舶廢棄物。
- Our country's commercial ports provide reception facilities for 4 types of ship waste, including Appendix I, II, IV, and V of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL73/78). The detailed information on the waste collection business listed by the Ministry of Environment, the ship owner (shipping agent) can directly accept the waste from the ship before the ship arrives at the port. If you need it, you can read it through the “Management of Waste Clearance and Disposal Information System” (https://waste1.moenv.gov.tw/Grant/GS-UC60/QryGrantData.aspx) through the MOENV’s website enquiry channel in advance, and contact the qualified Removal operators who need to receive ship waste, so the removal operators have a reasonable time to apply for a port area pass in accordance with regulations, and enter the port area to receive ship waste.
